This great little program by Evan Davis called The Bottom Line : Lonely at the top is a fantastic insight into the topic of Executive Coaching and by some very experienced people. One part of this, which I found fascinating, is when to spot a white collar sociopath/psychopath (the distinction may come in future blogs) and how not to get snared.
Key points of discussion are around the relationship between coach and coachee, bits about mentoring, building relationships and the importance of supervision. Plus it's a good all round intro. Enjoy, and please tell me what you think, I'd love to hear from you.
